Objetiva Consultoria, conscious of the importance of quality in customer service and organizational changes implemented in 2008 the Total Quality Management (TQM), whose project was developed especially for Accounting Firms and conducted by QLC Consulting and Training in Quality.

Quality, among many definitions, means:
