Founding Partner of Objetiva Consultoria. Bachelor’s in accountancy and Postgraduate in Corporate Finance. Possess wide experience in medium and large sized corporations from the steel, latex, food, and retail industries as Financial and Accounting Manager. Former tax consultant for the Associação Bahiana de Supermercados (Supermarkets Association from Bahia) and member of the Board of Auditors of several telephone companies. Former President of the Board of Auditors of a port administration company. Current Consultant of the WGI – Work Group International and Executive Director of Objetiva Consultoria.
Gabriel Bomfim
Bachelor’s in laws (LLB), Faculdade Baiana de Direito. Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb – Londres, UK). Member of the New Generation Commission of the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (NewGen CAM-CCBC). Possess experience with corporate litigation and complex contracts. Current Director of Legal Affairs of Objetiva Consultoria.
Carlos Bomfim
Bachelor’s in accountancy and MBA in Tax Consultancy. Possess 14 years of experience as corporate and tax consultant, also acting as an auditor and accounting expert in litigation proceedings. Head of Objetiva Consultoria tax practice, assisting companies in reducing its tax burden and recover of tax credits. Carlos is also responsible for preparing the tax planning for national and multinational companies in the retail and services industries. Current Partner and Director of Objetiva Consultoria.
Joilson Ferreira
Bachelor’s in accountancy, Instituto de Educação Superior UNYAHNA. Postgraduate in audit and accounting consultancy, Fundação Visconde de Cairu. Joilson is the head of the accounting practice of Objetiva, responsible for preparing companies’ accounting statements. Along its 20-years-career as an accountant, Joilson holds experience in administrative, accounting, tax, and auditing positions. Currently Joilson is a Partner and Director of Objetiva Consultoria.
